Tell us about yourself and your businesses
I am a well established productivity consultant and certified leadership coach (PCC), who has over 30 years of experience supporting senior leadership teams of large corporations across the UK, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. A few examples include BASF, Total and DuPont. My current endeavours are Team Coaching Boutique Ltd and Engaged Intelligence® (EI).
Team Coaching Boutique Ltd does exactly what is says on the tin. We provide team coaching and leadership support to large businesses by helping them improve their business culture and processes. We have developed our own methodologies and approaches, as well as creating a learning and development (L&D) platform. We are used to working with large small- and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and corporations from around the globe.
At Engaged Intelligence®, we work with leaders and their teams on an ongoing basis to empower people to contribute to a business more effectively. We focus on training teams to make faster, better, and more informed decisions. Through our collaboration, we encourage teams to form a stronger understanding of a business’ aims, which allows them to align with and execute the business’ goals more efficiently.
What is your biggest business achievement so far?
Helping a corporate strategy team reinvent itself to become more focused and engaged. This was a requirement from the Group Board as part of company restructuring. This was achieved through Team Coaching Processes and individual coaching for members of the team.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned since starting your businesses?
If you are eloquent and understand the written word, there is a lot you can do generating documents with the right processes and system, without having to pay third parties to do it for you. It saves time as well as cost and makes your business more agile. That said, there are times when you should pay professionals or seek active assistance from a lawyer. The skill is knowing when and where.
How has Rocket Lawyer helped your business?
I’ve used Rocket Lawyer’s legal guides, as well as their RocketSign and Document Review services for both companies. I’ve also utilised their legal document library and customisable document process to generate legal business documents, including Share certificates, Shareholders’ agreements, Stock transfer forms, and Shareholder resolutions.

What next?
We are running targeted campaigns for cultural improvement and we are currently making progress in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
As a start-up with ambitious global plans, Engaged Intelligence® is looking for development partners with their innovative SaaS (software as a service) product.
