Make sure the Agreement is complete. In particular, note that Schedule 4 (the terms and conditions of business for sales by the agent) must be attached before the Agreement is signed. You can attach Schedule 4 by either:

attaching the terms and conditions when you print off a Word or PDF version of the document, or

pasting the terms and conditions into a Word version of the document before you print it.
Read the document to make sure it meets your needs and that everyone involved agrees with the Sales Agency Agreement. Remember that if you have any questions you can easily Ask a lawyer.
