Both parties (ie the office provider and the sharer) should sign the Office Sharing Agreement.
Signing online
You can select to sign online using RocketSign.
The parties to the Agreement will receive an email invite to sign online.
If you have selected to attach a plan showing the workstations, make sure this is attached to the Office Sharing Agreement before requesting the signatures.
Signing in print
Print a copy for each of the parties.

Both parties must sign each copy of the Office Sharing Agreement and any plan.
Collect the licence fee.
Date both copies of the Agreement.
If you want to attach a plan showing the workstations, and have indicated this during the step by step interview, make sure this is attached to the Office Sharing Agreement before anyone signs the Agreement.
In addition to the Office Sharing Agreement, all parties should also sign the attached plan.
Each party should keep their own signed and dated Office Sharing Agreement. A copy will also be automatically stored in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
If you posted the Office Sharing Agreement to the other party, keep a copy of the signed and dated document that was sent and anything else included alongside it.
If you emailed the Office Sharing Agreement to the other party, keep a copy of the email that was sent and any attachments together with any ‘read receipts’.
