Signing online

Print out the Jobf Offer Letter.

Sign it and send it to the prospective employee.
Once signed, you should send the Jobf Offer Letter to the prospective employee to formally offer them the role.
If all goes to plan and the offer does not fall through, you should follow up the Jobf Offer Letter with the written employment contract. The Jobf Offer Letter is a contractual offer of a job which is accepted when the employee signs the Employment contract.
A copy of your Jobf Offer Letter will be stored automatically in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
If you signed and sent your Jobf Offer Letter online, you should also download and securely store a copy of the Letter for your records. If you signed in print, you should securely store your paper copy of the signed Jobf Offer Letter.
