When does the founders agreement become binding?
The founders agreement becomes binding when the last founder signs the agreement.
The Founders Agreement becomes binding when the last founder signs the Agreement.
Make a copy of the Founders’ Agreement for each party. Each founder should keep their own signed original of the Agreement.
