Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
Rentals of residential property in Scotland are regulated by various laws. Make all of the necessary preparations to ensure that you comply with the law by, for example:

registering as a landlord in Scotland

protecting any tenancy deposits you’ve taken

ensuring your property meets the Repairing Standard

preparing in Inventory
-
giving your tenant the Easy Read Notes for the Scottish Government Model Private Residential Tenancy Agreement or the Private Residential Tenancy Statutory Terms Supporting Notes
All landlords, tenants, and guarantors must sign the Private Residential Tenancy agreement. If the landlord is a company or a partnership, its representative (ie signatory) must sign.
The date of the agreement is the date on which the parties sign, if that is the same day. If they sign on different days, it is the day on which the last person signs.
You can sign your Private Residential Tenancy for a Flat by either:

print a copy for each party

all parties should sign and date all copies by hand. They can do this at different times, for example, if the landlord sends the other parties the signed copies and asks them to sign all of them and return one

All parties should keep their own original signed copy of the Private Residential Tenancy agreement.
