Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
The Lottery Syndicate Agreement must be signed by all syndicate members. It should also be signed by an independent witness.

Print a copy of the Lottery Syndicate Agreement.

Each syndicate member should sign the Lottery Syndicate Agreement.

The witness should sign, date and add their name, address and occupation underneath the Syndicate members’ signatures.
Witness
The witness should be over the age of 18 and independent. This means that they should not have an interest in the Lottery Syndicate Agreement (eg they should not be a syndicate member or a family member of one of the syndicate members).
It is a good idea to ask someone of good social standing to witness the Lottery Syndicate Agreement. For example, a solicitor, doctor or accountant. Note that Rocket Lawyer does not provide witnessing services.
The syndicate manager should keep the original Lottery Syndicate Agreement. A copy of the Agreement should be provided to each syndicate member.
