Here are a few important steps to take to finish your document
The bidder (ie the person or business making the bid) must sign the Bid Proposal. If the bidder is a company or a partnership, its representative (ie signatory) must sign.
You can sign your Bid Proposal by either:
-
signing online using RocketSign, or
-
signing in print, by printing a copy of the Bid Proposal for the bidder to sign and date
Send your signed and dated Bid Proposal to the prospective client.
Where relevant, include any supporting documents or other attachments needed.
For example, you may be submitting your Bid Proposal after receiving an invitation to tender (ie an invitation from a business to submit a bid for a project or service). If this is the case, you should include your invitation to tender alongside your Bid Proposal.
Keep a copy of your original signed and dated Bid Proposal.
A copy of your Bid Proposal will also be stored automatically in your Rocket Lawyer account ‘Dashboard’.
