These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Rocket Lawyer’s coupons ("Coupon" or “Coupons”). By availing yourself of this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in conjunction with our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on our website (“Website”).

1. Eligibility

Coupons are valid only for new paying members or returning members and cannot be redeemed by current members. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise in our promotional materials. Eligibility for specific Coupons may be subject to additional criteria as outlined in our promotional materials.

2. General Redemption Process

Coupons are redeemed through a specific link provided via our email or social media advertisements, which will direct you to a checkout page displaying the discounted offer. The discount is automatically applied and no coupon code is required. If you do not purchase a membership when the Coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.

The usage of each Coupon may be limited to a certain number of redemptions or may be unlimited, at our sole discretion, as specified in the promotional details.

Coupons are valid for a limited time only and within the specified validity period. Expired Coupons will not be honoured.

3. Exclusions

Coupons are applicable only to annual or monthly memberships, depending on the specific promotion. Coupons cannot be used to purchase or apply to any Legal Professional Services, or any other services not explicitly mentioned in the promotional offer.

4. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability for Cash

Coupons are issued to individual members and are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred to any other individual or entity. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary value.

5. Conditions Under Which Coupons Can Be Combined with Other Offers

Unless explicitly stated in our promotional materials, Coupons cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts.

6. Misuse and Fraud

Any form of misuse or fraudulent activity related to Coupons, including but not limited to duplication, sale, or unauthorised distribution, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void any Coupon and cancel any related order if we suspect any form of misuse or fraudulent activity. Accounts associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity may be suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any losses resulting from such activities.

7. Modification and Cancellation

If you cancel your membership purchased with a Coupon, the Coupon discount or value may be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of any Coupon, or to cancel any Coupon, at any time without prior notice. In the event of any modification or cancellation, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible. However, we are not obligated to provide any compensation for modified or cancelled Coupons.

8. Specific Terms

Each Coupon may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to that promotion. These specific terms will be provided in the respective promotional materials and will take precedence over any conflicting terms in this section. You are responsible for reviewing the specific terms and conditions for each coupon promotion before redemption.

9. General Terms

By using a Coupon, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as any additional terms outlined in our promotional materials. 

Rocket Lawyer has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any Coupon.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
