What is a Tenant Maintenance Request?
This document can be used to request repairs or maintenance on a rental property. This request can be created by a Landlord as a blank form to be completed by tenants or as a formal request completed by the Tenant.
When to use a Tenant Maintenance Request:
- You are a landlord who would like to provide your tenants with a form to use when requesting a repair or maintenance service be performed.
- You are a tenant who would like to make a written request for maintenance services to be completed by your landlord.
