June 14, 2012 — Thanks to millions of people like you -- business managers, families, and lawyers -- who use Rocket Lawyer, we have been able to build the easiest and most affordable legal service in the world. I started Rocket Lawyer to make the law more accessible to more people. In 2008, when the site was very new, it was hard to imagine that in only a few short years more than 2 million people per month would come to us for legal help. We try to keep improving based on feedback from our customers. So, it is with great pride that I introduce you to an all new Rocket Lawyer website. You’ll probably notice first that we have a new logo and color scheme, along with lots of customer stories. That’s because Rocket Lawyer is built for people like you and always will be. We love to hear from our customers and we try every day to make Rocket Lawyer a little better, based on what you like and what you think we can improve. One of my favorite stories came from Sean Reid of Project Lifeline:
We focus on one thing: effectively acquiring and distributing phones to people in need. So when it comes to the legal aspects of running the business, we use Rocket Lawyer. They made it easy to incorporate and create the documents we need. What was incredible, though, was the speed of their customer service and the attention I received from their On Call attorneys. My legal issues were professionally resolved in a few weeks. I’ve saved thousands of dollars, and that feels really good.
Helping people like Sean is why we come to work. Today, I’m proud to announce we’ve revamped our website and our brand to put our customers front and center. Now you’ll see lots of people -- people like you -- on every main page of the website. Each person has a story to tell about how Rocket Lawyer has helped them solve a problem. We hope these faces and stories inspire you to make the law work for you, and that they show you a few of the ways Rocket Lawyer can help. Another big change is our new red color scheme. It’s inspired by the bold (and often-heroic) people who use Rocket Lawyer to empower themselves to take care of legal issues. Of course, rockets are red, too! Last but not least, we want to make it clear that the changes we’ve made aren't just cosmetic. We’ve made improvements to just about every page on our website, making sure everything is easy to find and helpful. We want you to be able to spend more time doing what you’re passionate about while we worry about the legalese. You can relax, we’ve got you covered.
