Monthly Plan:
With the monthly plan, you pay a monthly fee of $19.95 for the Personal membership or $39.95 for the Professional membership. At the beginning of each subsequent month, you will be billed the membership fee for the coming month.
Annual Plan:
With the annual plan, you are charged $119.95 for the Personal membership or $295.95 for the Professional membership. This charge makes your membership valid for the next 12 months. At the beginning of each subsequent 12-month period, you will be billed again for the coming year. The Personal annual plan saves you more than $100 over the monthly payment plan in the first year alone! Professional members save more than $180 in the first year by choosing the annual payment plan.
If you decide to cancel, your membership will continue until the next monthly or annual billing date. |

| During the trial period, your credit or debit card is authorized to make sure it is valid. You might see a "pending" charge on your bank or credit card statement. Some of the decisions you need to make in legal documents can be difficult – who you want to take care of your children after your death, whether you want life support, and so on. Rocket Lawyer provides a wealth of helpful information during the interview process and in our Law Library. If you come to a question you’re not ready to answer, just skip it and return later. You can leave any question unanswered and come back to your document any time within 30 days to finish.
If you want, you can also leave questions that require typed responses blank and fill them in later by hand. For example, if you want to complete your Living Will, but haven't decided who your second witness will be, you can leave it blank. When you print out the document, it will leave blank spaces that can be filled in by hand at a later date. If you do this, be sure that all blank lines are filled in or your document may not be legal. |

| Some documents may require your social security number because of a state legal requirement or standards for the particular document you are completing. If you feel uncomfortable about entering your social security number online, leave that field blank. After you finish and print out the document, it will leave a blank space that can be filled in by hand. If you do this, be sure that you fill in the blank space with your social security number, or your document may not meet the legal requirements of your state. |

You can always make changes after finishing your document by accessing it in your My Account page.
Click on the Open link to preview your document. To correct the original answers you provided in the interview, click the Edit button and select Change Interview Answers. This will allow you to go back through the interview and generate a new document.
If you wish to make more detailed changes, click the Edit button and select Edit in a Word Processor. This will allow you to edit the document free-form as you would in Word, Word Perfect, or another word processor. Note that the Online Word Processor is only available to those with an active Easy Legal Care™ membership. |

| Be sure to look at the last page or two of the document. A checklist of final steps is included. Steps may include instructions for signing, witnesses, notarization and more. Make sure you follow these steps to ensure that your document is complete and legally binding. Once your document is signed and finished, use our File Safekeeper service to store it in a safe and secure location. |
